I finally found a solution by combining two essential elements on my own, since they weren't readily available together. Enjoy! Update: After printing this file out, the resulting product turned out to be too thick to use the standard screws that secure the fan in place. So, I went ahead and reduced its thickness to 1.5mm at the leveling mount.
