### A remix of the Mando cartridge ## Intro I found that the indents didn't print very well so I re-created it using donut shaped indents which tend to print more cleanly. ## Chuck I then discovered that I had a massive sanding job ahead of me, particularly as paint like alclad II is not very forgiving. If I had a lathe I would have used that, but then if I did I would be turning them not printing them. So I needed to find a different solution. Hence the chuck and collet mechanism. Use 3 #6 screws with nuts inside the chuck to clasp onto the collet. There is a collet for both ends so you can flip and sand the other side. Orient the collet so the gap is opposite one of the screws, and tighten by hand - it should only need to be finger tight, then spin it with a cordless power drill. Be careful - the sandpaper can get hot and burn your fingers and the print. ## Printing Cartridges - No support needed on Ender 3 v2. I'd recommend a brim to stop them falling over. In Cura, I'd suggest using "random" mode for the seam - the print will be messier, but more even overall Chuck - it needs to have some strength - so at 0.2 layer height, I'd suggest wall line count: 4, fill: 50%, support: regular with a 60deg angle it will then support the outer edge of the print, to stop it falling over.
