Mandalorian (Baby Yoda) Christmas Manger Scene
prusaprinters
DescriptionWith Christmas coming, and so many "Baby Yodas", I put together a Christmas manger scene starring our favorite characters from Disney+'s live action Star Wars series "The Mandalorian". I did a lot of clean up work on some of the models and scaled them all to match the scene. For some of the more detailed models, I created more easily "printable" versions by fattening them up. Print two of the RL_wall file. It's both the left and right wall. I printed everything smaller than the large grain sack with a 0.25 mm nozzle and printed the rest with a 0.4mm nozzle. For those with smaller printers, the floor and rear wall also come split in two parts. Don't forget to rotate the larger pieces to fit diagonally, and you can slightly shrink the bantha to fit. :) This manger scene was put together from models from a lot of great artists. Credits at the end. I used mostly the printable versions, except I used the regular files for the kid and the grain sack. Start with the tightest crib stand and go down if it doesn't fit. Some of the models are very small, like the kid and the porgs. If you have a smaller nozzle, like 0.25mm, use that and print with a small layer height like 0.12mm. Print the larger items, including Mando and Cara, with a larger nozzle so it doesn't take as long. A lot of the items require supports, so be sure to turn them on. For the manger, print two of the RL_wall files. They are the same. The second dewback is just a mirror of the first one.
