Mandala
thingiverse
We were assigned a task in class to bring a picture to life using Fusion 360, leveraging its tools to add dimensionality and make an intriguing object without relying on more than two colors. This creation was printed at six times its normal size because it stood barely 2.5 millimeters tall otherwise. As part of the University of New Hampshire's ET 401 "Introduction to 3D Printing" course, this design came into being. You can access plans for this project and many others on http://3dprinting.illustratingmath.com/2018/10/17/mandala/.
