This 3D model features a realistic setup of buildings and streets in Managua, Nicaragua based on real data. It includes five building groups that allow for customization of colors, materials, and textures. The model is UV mapped with overlapping UVs and positioned on a flat surface; however, elevation data is not included. It features polygonal quads and tris and remains untextured while rendering quickly. Compatible with the Managua Road Network and Streets 3D Model, this licensed (commercial use allowed) model falls under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0 (CC-BY-SA) license. The OpenStreetMap database provided the buildings and streets data. With 308,151 points/verts and 238,571 polygons, the model is available in multiple formats including .c4d, .fbx, .dae, .dxf, .obj, and .blend.
