Tsereteli's creations frequently earn the approval of the authorities, yet they consistently provoke intense public disapproval. His sculptures are often ridiculed and criticized for their exaggerated grandeur and disproportionate scale. As evident in this sculpture, the irregularity is unmistakably striking. He has magnified the size of their hands, feet, width of their body, nose, and eyes to an extreme degree. Most of his works display a uniformity, repeatedly incorporating these identical features. It appears that he delights in sculpting his own realm of human figures, bringing his visions into reality, inviting us to enter this world as spectators.
