The runner is a man who moves quickly on his feet. He pounds the pavement with every step, his breathing heavy as he gains momentum. Sweat drips down his face, mixing with the wind that whips through his hair as he speeds along. His arms pump furiously to keep him upright, propelling him forward like an arrow shot from a bow.
