Printed with PETG, however, it's also possible to print with ABS or PLA. Caution: Electricity can be hazardous, exercise extreme caution when assembling! To source all required electrical components, refer to the accompanying photographs. A 2W or 3W LED lamp is necessary for this project. There are two base models available, each featuring a different diameter: 29mm and 33mm. These variations accommodate various lamp sizes. Use a nozzle with a large diameter: - Nozzle size of 0.4mm requires 60 hours of printing time. - Nozzle size of 0.6mm reduces printing time to 30 hours. - Nozzle size of 0.8mm results in a 16-hour printing time. For optimal results when using the 0.8mm nozzle, follow these guidelines: 1. Adjust the gap between the raft and model for easy detachment. For the 0.8mm nozzle, set this distance to 0.45mm. 2. Optimize support infill ratio by reducing it to 20% or less if feasible. 3. Set the Horizontal Offset to 1.3mm, which represents the horizontal distance between the support and adjacent model wall. Files designated as Shade 1 & 2 must be printed in "vase mode," with the interior empty. These components are designed for use within the lamp to adjust light intensity or color. The file labeled Cap serves a similar purpose within the lamp, alongside Shade 1 & 2. For all parts, utilize Raft and Brim with support enabled. However, when printing Shade 1 & 2 in "vase mode," only Raft and Brim should be used, as support is not feasible in this configuration.
