Elephant/Mammoth Hybrid Student Model Project. In 2012, at Westridge School's science fair, we saw an innovative creature called a mammothsaur, which appeared as the offspring of two extinct giants, a Columbian Mammoth and an Asian Elephant. The team members made use of foam insulation panels from Home Depot in building a gigantic wooden base that looked like stone walls and also designed some fake tree trunks using pool noodles to provide structural support underneath it.
