Jurassic Pet offers an array of Low-Poly animal models, optimized for mobile devices and suitable for rendering and in-game purposes. The current model is the Mammoth, which boasts features such as a low polygon count, papercraft-style aesthetics, and rigging. It includes several animations including walking, idling, joyful expressions, running, shaking, and laying down. The Mammoth represents any species of the extinct genus Mammuthus, characterized by long tusks and hair in northern species. They were members of the Elephantidae family and stemmed from an ancestral species called M. africanavus, which lived in Northern Africa before disappearing around 3-4 million years ago. Descendants of these mammoths spread across Eurasia as the 'southern mammoths', M. meridionalis, while the first proboscideans appeared around 55 million years ago and the Elephantidae family was known to exist six million years ago in Africa. The mastodon, a distant relative of the mammoths, belongs to the separate Mammutidae family and diverged 25 million years before the mammoths evolved.
