You'll need an Arca Swiss plate for your Mamiya 7, just slap on a thin rubber anti-skid pad and it's all set. Engineered with ease of use in mind, this plate lets you swap out film without having to lift the thing off its mount. I've put it through an 8-minute exposure test - no problems at all.
