These are my files for building a Mame Cab Control Panel. Feel free to use them as is or modify them to suit your needs if you're building one yourself. I milled the controller on my CNC machine at home using the following settings: * Material: 18mm fibreboard (although I recommend using 15-16mm for better results) * Router bit: 6mm, 2-flute with a flute length of 20mm * Cutting depth: 9mm in two passes to ensure clean cuts on the 18mm board * Router speed: 24,000 RPM for optimal performance * Z-axis speed: 600mm per minute for smooth operations * X and Y speeds: 2500mm per minute to keep up with the router's pace It took me about 20 minutes to mill the entire part using pocket milling to create button holes that wouldn't come loose during assembly.
