Malyan M180 Window Lock
thingiverse
The windows of the standard cover set supplied by Malyansys tend to remain open during printing. To avoid taping them shut repeatedly, I designed this lock to fit into the 20mm window openings. This lock serves two purposes: it keeps the windows closed and reduces drafts while printing ABS plastic. This design consists of two pieces that are held together with a self-tapping screw (of your choice). Simply drill a small diameter hole in the correct position for your screw thread. Printer Settings: Printer Model: Malyan M180 Raft Settings: None Support Settings: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill Density: 20% Notes: Printed with Esun purple ABS using blue painter's tape on the bed at 110 degrees Celsius. Extruders were set to 230 degrees Celsius, and the layer height was 0.2mm with a 20% infill density and supports.
