To install a dual Flexion Extruder upgrade on my Malyan M180, I added some mods:\nAn X-Carriage remixed with a part cooler mount was created.\nThe design source is http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1947492 and the TinkerCAD model is https://tinkercad.com/things/kFEva2Bm2jx.\nA modified Part Cooler with the X-Carriage mount and shorter exhausts was built.\nThe design source is http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1446174 and the TinkerCAD model is https://tinkercad.com/things/kFEva2Bm2jx.\nA custom PTFE Tube and cable Guide from Flexion to fit the original M180 fittings for big PTFE tubes was designed.\nThe design source is http://flexionextruder.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/Tubeguide_dual.STL and the TinkerCAD model is https://tinkercad.com/things/7lwesOD3bvA.\nI also use these fan holders: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1594942, but I forgot where I got the fan guards from.\nAll mods were printed from Innofill ABS with great results.\nPrint Settings:\nPrinter: Flashforge Dreamer\nRafts: No\nSupports: Yes\nResolution: 0.2mm\nInfill: 20%
