Malyan M180 and Flexion Dual Extruder X-Carriage

I redesigned the x-carriage from axelfrom, because I liked to use the Igus RJ4JP 01-08 slide bearings.If you mount the Igus bearings you have to be aware that the bearings are absolute parallel, I controlled this with the x-rod. If the rod slides easily and if the x-carriage falls free, if you put the rod vertical, then you can fix the bearings with a drop of medium superglue. I also turned the hotend blocks by 90 degress to get more space between the blocks for the cables. For this reason I had to widen up the inner opening. Because the hotend blocks are still close to the x-carriage I applied a aluminium tape to the x-carriage. I printed the x-carriage upside down to minimize the the support structure. I also closed the fixing holes on the top with one layer, cause printing holes on the support becomes really ugly.
