Brace for Impact: Assembly Required. Get ready to assemble the M150 with precision: * 2 long rods measuring 13-5/8 inches in length, with a diameter of 11/32 inch * 14 screws, M3x8, to secure the assembly * 14 flat washers, M3, for added stability I printed this model at maximum infill density, with a layer height of .2mm and no supports. Adding some support structures would greatly improve the overhang's appearance. Included is the .123dx file, allowing you to customize the brace design for various rod sizes. To assemble: 1. Insert the rod or tube into a drill and spin it into the top bracket until it reaches about an inch deep on the top and 1.25 inches on the bottom. Be cautious not to apply too much pressure, as this will soften the plastic's inner surface. 2. Attach the bracket ends to the tubes, ensuring a snug fit. The friction generated will provide sufficient stability without requiring glue or additional fasteners. 3. Square your Z-axis and adjust the bracket ends until all holes align (this may require some effort). Secure the assembly with screws.
