Malyan M150 Acrylic Bed Holder Clip
thingiverse
After discovering that my initial print with the Malyan M150 stuck excessively to the provided sheet, I had to source an alternative material for printing. Luckily, I had some 2.2mm sheets of Acrylic on hand, so I trimmed one down to size and left it in place as a buffer between the metal and acrylic. To secure it firmly, I designed special clips that would hold everything together with binder clips added to the corners. I utilize binder clips at the corners, while using these custom-made clips for the front and middle sections to keep the Acrylic straight. If you use binder clips at the front, the print head won't be able to clear it; however, my special clips will just barely clear the print head, making them ideal for this setup. These clips are easy to remove and reinsert as needed. You might need to file them down a bit to get a snug fit, but that depends on your specific printer configuration.
