Mallet - with 3D Printable threads
thingiverse
A 3D Printable Mallet consists of five interconnected components, each carefully designed for easy attachment and assembly. The mallet's design was meticulously crafted in Fusion 360 by my skilled teacher, who brought their expertise to bear on the project. Upon completion, the print exceeded expectations, boasting a level of quality that surpassed initial forecasts, particularly with regards to printing threads directly and then fine-tuning them with a tap and die. All threads are precisely M12X1.75, requiring a specialized tap and die set for proper installation. To assemble the mallet, you will need to print screwcap.stl twice, ensuring that a screwcap is securely attached on either side of the head. The remaining components should be printed individually once.
