Mallet - with 3D Printable threads

myminifactory

A 3D Printable Mallet, consisting of five components expertly threaded to facilitate easy attachment. The mallet was meticulously modelled on Fusion 360 after being thoughtfully designed by my teacher. The print turned out remarkably nice, far surpassing my expectations, especially when printing the threads directly and then precision-tuning them with a tap and die. All the threads are standardized at M12X1.75, requiring a tap and die set to post-process the mallet. It's essential to print the screwcap.stl twice to ensure having a screwcap on either side of the head. In contrast, all other components should be printed once. To complete the project, you'll need an M12x1.75 tap and die set to finely tune the threads. By running over the printed threads with this tool, you can guarantee a level thread and ensure seamless functionality.
