After scouring the web for this elusive file and coming up empty-handed, I took matters into my own hands and extracted it from the game with a bit of elbow grease, giving it a thorough clean-up in the process – no easy feat, if you know what I'm getting at. If anyone else is feeling adventurous, feel free to give it a once-over, re-mesh it for better poly count or slice it up for printing purposes.
