Malfeasance Reworked Chamber with prop Bullets
thingiverse
One of the most unique things to Destiny is the absolutely huge chambers that all handcannons have. But what makes Malfeasance most unique is that it has an actual speedloader with six bullets. How it shoots 19 shots from 6 bullets? I'll probably never know. Anyways, I was printing the handcannon with the functioning trigger when I realized that the chamber was not only empty, but it was not the correct shape from the game. So I reworked it and then also designed the speed loader complete with the bullets. I found that it was easier to print the bullets and the speed loader separately to get the look that I wanted, but I also made a file with everything attached if people would rather make it that way. These files aren't 100% to size to the in game version, but close enough. Bullet and casing designs are heavily inspired by watching the slow-motion capture of the Malfeasance reload. Everything was designed with some tolerance to each other. There should be at least a .015" (.338mm) clearance between the chamber and the bullets but prints are dependent on the printer (both the machine and the person). Please feel free to ask questions if you have trouble with the design or if you want the SolidWorks files as well. P.S. V2: Lengthened the grooves of the chamber to properly fit bullets. V3: Added chamfers for smoother reloads.
