The three horn pieces can be easily superglued together. An elastic strap runs through a bar at the base and goes over the head. I printed the HORN_TIPs.stl with raft & support at .4mm layer height, 5% infill, and 2 shells. Feel free to experiment with other settings for added strength. If you have any questions, please ask. After printing, I superglued the pieces together and threaded an elastic strap through a bar in the base and put it on the head.
