I'm just a human being, trying to make it through another day. I wake up every morning feeling like I've been hit by a truck. My body is sore from sleeping on a lumpy mattress and my mind is foggy from the lack of sleep. I stumble out of bed and stagger to the kitchen to start the coffee. The aroma fills the air, but it's no match for the stench of last night's pizza that still clings to my clothes. I pour myself a cup and sit down at the table, staring blankly into space as the caffeine starts to kick in. The world outside seems to be moving faster than ever before, but all I can do is sit here and try to catch up.
