I designed a 3D printed component called Male Plugs Body Set, which replaces plastic caps for 4mm banana plugs. This was necessary due to warping issues with the power supply used in my 3D printer. Fortunately, only plastic components were affected, while metal components remained intact. I created this replacement using 3D printing technology, ensuring a precise fit for the original parts. Additionally, I discovered that these 3D printed components can be customized by using different colors during the printing process. To download and install the file, you will need a Dremel power tool and some sandpaper to smooth out rough edges. Please note that the photos provided demonstrate proper installation techniques. It's also recommended to use high-quality filament capable of withstanding higher temperatures for optimal results.
