I've been tirelessly crafting my Kamen Rider helmet, but my initial plan for connecting its two halves using purse clasps didn't pan out as expected. While searching online, I stumbled upon an invaluable tutorial that showcased an innovative approach to joining helmet parts: http://www.geocities.jp/change_beetle2000/mask/mask.html. Inspired by this discovery, I opted to use headphone jacks instead (purchased from eBay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/231924019313?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT). However, the male jack ends refused to attach securely to the helmet on their own due to their irregular shape. To overcome this challenge, I designed a custom attachment system that allows them to fit snugly onto the helmet. Despite achieving a tight seal, the jacks would frequently come loose when attempting to remove them from the female adapters. To rectify this issue, I applied a small amount of adhesive to the adapter, ensuring a more secure connection between the two components.
