To enhance my extruder barrel cooling, I purchased a new fan and decided to power it using wires previously connected to the stepper motor's top fan. Instead of cutting the female connectors, I designed a connector for both fans. I printed a dual connector piece that accommodated both fan connectors. Next, I used a small paperclip to link the red wire connectors and another section for black wire connectors. Finally, I attached the leads from the motherboard to the appropriate wires, plugged in both female fan connectors, and enjoyed simultaneous fan operation!
