A cap for your cap. The trumpet piece gets rolled into your foreskin, the smaller cap goes over top. Pull your foreskin through the space between the two parts evenly. The top cap carefully goes over the small cap and your foreskin and carefully snaps into place (try not to pinch). All done - everything is tucked out of the way :) Can't wear ring-trap devices while biking and exercising, so this takes its place. It's not perfect and might need some adjustments for your anatomy.
