After breaking the second male clip for my 20(?) years old Deuter backpack, I tried to catch one in my local shops but the actual clips didn't match. Changing the female side is difficult, you have to sew through the padding. The actual prototype 03 is designed in FreeCAD and printed on Ender 3V2 flipped on the front side (pictures in Cura) using black Verbatim PLA, 0.2 layer height with supports and 4 wall lines, 15% infill. Nozzle at 215°C (5 degree more than standard temperature for this material) We will see, how long this prototype will do its job... History: 01 printed but clamps design was insufficient, not published 02 just a design step / backup 03 Printed and here we are now (2022-05-27)
