Human remains are scattered across Promenade Park, situated at its easternmost tip, amidst a graveyard of over 20 hulking wrecks. Locals refer to this site as the Barge Graveyard, where boats were brought to be hulked and now serve as a testament to various boat construction styles from bygone eras and far-flung nations. A collection of Thames sailing barges, a lighter, an Admiralty launcher, and a fishing vessel built in either Scandinavia or Belgium lie amidst the remnants. This model showcases MOLA's aerial survey drone technology, which captured the wreck in 360-degree detail by flying in circles at different altitudes. This approach is both safe and cost-effective for documenting maritime heritage within the intertidal zone.
