Mal's Model B Pistol TV

This is my TV model of Mal's Model B Pistol. It will print as a kit and requires heavy assembly, so have fun with it. I started by painting mine satin black, then used pewter rub n' buff for the steel-colored core and thumbscrews. Next, I applied Autumn Gold rub n' buff to the rest of the pistol. The grips were painted espresso color using spray paint, with pewter rub n' buff added to the screw heads for extra detail. After that, I weathered it by applying black acrylic washes to the pistol body and tan acrylic washes to the grips. For the screws, I used an STL file with a simple outer finish (this was the version used in the photos). However, for a revised version of the screws, I designed an STL piece with knurling built into the file, providing more detail.
