Mal's Model B Pistol TV

This is my fully-assembled and detailed version of Mal's Model B Pistol. No need to break it out or struggle through heavy assembly - I've got you covered. First, I coated the entire model in satin black paint. Then, I applied pewter rub n'buff to all steel-colored core parts and thumbscrews for that added metallic look. To bring it all together, I gave the remaining sections of the pistol a warm Autumn Gold finish with more rub n'buff. The grip accents took center stage next: espresso color spray paint provided the base coat while adding pewter details on the screw heads gives a nice touch. Next up, some finishing touches to really make this baby shine - a wash of black acrylic brings out all the crevices and adds depth, tan acrylic highlights add just the right pop to those grip surfaces, and all that remains is to top it off with some finely detailed STL files for a seamless outer finish. But don't forget those screw parts - Revised.STL delivers intricate details with knurling precision built right in. Now you can set up your fully-constructed pistol on a customized stand that awaits: grab the necessary STLs at Thingiverse - Mal's Model B Pistol Stand:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1175423
