Here is my Movie version of Mal's Model B Pistol. The difference between this one and the TV version is in the Clip, Trigger Guard, an extra feature on the body beside the barrel, and the right side has a modified panel with an additional piece that sits on top. This will print in kit form and requires heavy assembly - so get ready to enjoy. I started by painting mine first satin black, then used pewter rub n'buff for the steel colored core and thumbscrews. Next up was Grecian Gold rub n'buff for the rest of the pistol. The grips were painted espresso color with some pewter rub n'buff on the screw heads. To give it a battle-hardened look, I weathered it with black acrylic washes and heavy brown acrylic washes for the pistol body. Tan acrylic washes brought out the color of the grips. For added realism, I used screws with STL files that include simple outer finishes. And to make them easier to grip, I revised the screws with knurling built into the file - a nice touch you can see in the pics if you look closely.
