Using the latest WoW Model Viewer, you may encounter an issue where it only exports models in their initial pose rather than at selected animation keys. The developers have acknowledged this problem but have not yet focused on fixing it. A workaround is to export the model in FBX format with all animations, then import into 3ds Max (available for free with an educational license) and select your desired animation key for exporting as STL. Additionally, note that models with 2-sided polys may still result in iffy prints and some slicers, like Kisslicer and Slic3r, may not generate support for horns.
