Makita XTR01Z MPCNC Mount

I wanted to use a cordless trim router on my MPCNC but there was not enough clearance due to the chunkier top portion. This mount it designed to stick out from the tool mount enough to clear the gantry. The diameter of the cordless trim router is the same as the corded model (65mm). Also, I moved the clasp so that it would not interfere with the MPCNC tubing. This allows me to use as much of the travel of the machine as possible. I use a power supply. My guess is that if you use the battery you will still have enough clearance but i have not tried it.
