Makita Trimmer Blade Spacer for Speed Feed head
thingiverse
Even with pathfinderzero's https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4335626 spacer in 3mm print, my string was still unable to hit the cutting blade and trim the line properly on my Makita XRU15Z with the Echo Speed Feed 400 head for some reason (it definitely got closer though). I created this to compliment it by spacing out the blade itself. With BOTH installed, I am now successfully having the string be automatically trimmed to length with the OE guard/blade. Was designed in TinkerCAD and sliced with Ultimaker Cura.
