It is a simple tool for 90deg edge sanding. I was inspired by Festool AH-ES-ETS/ETSCSometimes is difficult to make flat 90deg edge - especialy when the board is thin. This tool set 90deg and avoid to change flat edge to concave shape.I used M3 and M4 screws and thread insert for assemble components together. Lenght of the screws is not critical.Inserts - 4x M4 (6mm diameter, 6mm long)Screws (ISO4762, DIN 912): 1x M3 x 20 (it is hing or axis)1x M4 x 201x M4 x 162x M4 x 12I used 10mm MDF board on the end of arm because it doesn't scretch the sanded boad, but it is not critical - you can replace by plastic board with some soft surfaceMaterial is PLA, 4 perimeters …
