This attachment is designed to fit onto a Makita RT0700C router as a dust collector and air injector for cutting aluminum on a small CNC machining system. Two models are available in STL file format: 1. An upper and lower design suited for woodworking and plastics processing without air intake. 2. A different configuration tailored for aluminum cutting that features an integrated air injection system, effectively clearing the cut path and removing swarf debris. Video tutorials accompanying each model provide a clear demonstration of assembly instructions. Note: A 38mm OD vacuum hose connection is included for exhaust; an air inlet tube, approximately 10mm in diameter, attaches to either your existing air compressor or another readily available source. Print Settings: - No raft necessary - Supports limited to bed touching parts only - Recommended infill: 20-50% for sufficient structural integrity - Split prints into two halves and avoid scaling the part - Suitable filaments include PLA+, Nylon, or ABS Hardware Requirements: 2 x M4 button head screws, 20mm long each 1 x internal vacuum port attachment, utilizing an M4 15mm button head screw 1 x router clamp fixture held together by a single 30mm long M4 button head screw Secure with four (4) M4 Nyloc nuts to complete assembly.
