A precision rail guide for the Makita RT0700C router is designed to operate with either a 25x50mm or 25x25mm square tube as the rail. The arms firmly clamp the holder against the rail, ensuring smooth motion through the ball bearings. The base plate of this rail guide can be cut out of 10mm acrylic using a CNC router, but it can also be printed with a 3D printer for added convenience. Bill of Materials: M4x10 screws are required in quantities of four. M6x25 countersunk screws must be purchased in sets of four. Two M6x30 countersunk screws and two M6x35 countersunk screws are necessary components. Additionally, two M6x15 screws and two M6x30 screws are needed. Six 6mm x 16mm x 6mm ball bearings are required for smooth operation. Lastly, two extension springs complete the bill of materials.
