I utilize a variety of Bosch Professional hand machines in my workshop and have a matching FSN 1100 guide rail. Unfortunately, my beloved Makita RT0700CX2J router does not fit this rail. Buying a Makita rail and a matching adapter is out of the question, why do I possess a printer? So I quickly created an adapter that suits my needs. Except for a bit of filament, you only need an 8mm x 160mm shaft to connect the router to the adapter. Even straight cutouts pose no obstacles, and you will have saved a significant amount of money. Speaking of expenses: I would appreciate it if this adapter proves useful for you as well. When making your next purchase, perhaps consider visiting one of these affiliate links here and ordering through them. For you, the purchased product will not cost any more, but I will receive a small commission from it. Please note that this tool is licensed for non-commercial use only. Thank you! By the way: The adapter should also fit with Katsu routers and their clones due to its compatibility with Bosch Professional and Malfell guide rails. However, I do not have personal experience with this. If it fits your router: Please leave a comment. Here's the printed result, created using my AnyCubic i3 MEGA printer with filament from Goedis: Black PLA.
