Makita MLT100 fence
thingiverse
I got the Makita MLT100 table saw and it drove me crazy - the fence was too short, wobbly, only fixed in place on one side, and it turned out to be easy to break in half. I'm making a new fence that addresses all these issues and hopefully can be used with other table saws as well. Assembly video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wVjE_XhXe7Y Here's the hardware I used: M6 threaded rod - 115mm M6 nyloc nuts - 2pc M8 Bolt 100mm - 1pc M8 bolt - 1pc All pockets are 9mm deep, except for the pushblock pocket which is 4mm deep. All parts are cut out of 18mm baltic birch plywood. Feel free to comment - I'm interested in your thoughts and suggestions.
