Makita LXT 18v Li-ion Battery Clip
thingiverse
Attach your Makita LXT Battery Pack with this secure clip, inserting two plates into its 1mm slots before wiring up. Power various devices using your LXT Batteries. My initial print had some glitches requiring sanding and trimming; however, I've corrected them. If it doesn't fit perfectly, please report the issue for adjustments. The clip is strong and fits securely. Measurements were taken with calipers in OpenSCAD design. First printing revealed a honeycomb effect due to necessary adjustments. Printed using PLA, with support material on overhangs and three layers on top, bottom, and sides. Cut two copper plates for the slots and soldered heavy-gauge wires using a powerful soldering iron. It's versatile - powers my Worx Weed Whacker after the battery died, and revives my seemingly deceased LXT battery using slow charging with a Worx charger.
