Here's a DIY plan to build a customized bandsaw box with a 2-inch wall thickness, a bandsaw diameter of 24.3 inches, and a vacuum port length of 50 inches. Using 45 facets will create a unique visual effect on the outside of the box. The box is designed to accommodate a bandsaw of up to 30 inches in length. The inside features an interior chamber measuring 31.8 inches.
