I created this cord guide to overcome the inconvenience caused by my Makita clone router's rubber guide obstructing my CNC machine. Always prioritize safety: unplug the router before installation. Print Instructions: To minimize supports, I designed it for seamless printing on my Ender 3 with fine print settings, ensuring precise control over detailed areas. Printing time should be approximately 25 minutes per file, adhering to the orientation specified in the STL files. Install Instructions: 1. After printing both right and left brackets, remove four screws from the bottom of the router near its head unit, carefully taking out the rubber guide. 2. Clamp the 3D printed guides around the cable, then slot them into the case or router. 3. Secure the guides tightly using a small zip tie before reassembling the outer case.
