This adapter makes it possible to attach a standard 34.5mm vacuum nozzle to a Makita LS1018L Compound Mitre Saw, specifically designed for use with the Workzone - Aldi Wet n Dry Vacuum. The adapter fits snugly over the machine's factory dust collector and can be used in conjunction with either a standard 34.5mm vacuum nozzle or the factory dust collection bag. It can even be used as a replacement for the factory dust collector, although this may require some sanding or filing to ensure a secure fit. While it is likely to fit other machines, its compatibility has not been thoroughly tested.
