<p>I can't mark it as a remix of a model from Thingiverse but this is a remix.</p><p>Designed to fit #8 wood screws.</p><p>Based on <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5240190">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5240190</a> by Brodo78</p><p>The original runs all the way down the shoe of the saw and it felt like a lot of plastic to me, I also didn't like the mounting mechanism so I cut the tabs off and countersunk some screws in the side of the actual holder. Should fit both the DSS611 and XSH03 as well as other left blade saws with a similar shoe.</p><p><i>&nbsp;Update</i><br>After some usage I don’t like how my changes to the length of the shoe support make the saw try to swing down and put a lot of the weight on the tabs of the hanging pegs so I’ll be working on a second piece to support the base of the shoe with a lip to provide additional support to hold it up. I’m in the middle of moving houses right now so it may be a while, &nbsp;in the meantime Brodo’s original design will support your saw better or feel free to design the support piece yourself.</p>
