I started printing adaptors for my Makita batteries about a year ago. I customized three of my own tools to fit my good Makita batteries, and did the same for some of my friends' tools. But people have been asking me to do the same thing for other brands, so today I'm adding Bosch 18V and DeWalt 20V Max adaptors. They were printed and tested, but unfortunately, I don't have any pictures. For the DeWalt one, I used a small 1.5Ah battery, but it hadn't been tested with the bigger ones yet. Sometimes, you just need to heat it up with a heat gun or boiling water before it works well - if it's too tight or too loose. Instructions: Print with PLA for a more solid result than ABS. Then use anything thin, strong, and conductive that can make contact with an electrical wire to create the battery connection. I used a plumber metal strap, available at Canac. Plug the wires into the tool connectors, and finally glue the adapter onto the tool using a hot glue gun.
