This thing is for DIY projects where you would want to use a 18 volt Makita battery. I remixed this thing from a similar model I found on Thingiverse but I can no longer find which model it was. The original model was too thin so I beefed this one up so it was more durable. I used this thing to upgrade a pair of 12 Volt power wheels to 18 volts for an impressive increase in speed. With a little bit of brain power and creativity you can easily make one of these with some wires and some sheet metal.
