Adaptation of a power bank PCB from Aliexpress with all major qc protocols and cell balancing.Holes are almost necessary. Heat output is around 10w in the worst case scenario.PETG or ABS/PC recommended. PCB reaches up to 70°C.Screws are M3x10.Doesn't use threaded inserts, since it's a one-time assembly.Printing recommendations:In this case I used supports for all the internal surfaces, printing on the bottom side.Just search "100w pd power bank module" on AliExpress.
