Clip on dust extraction for the Makita 3709 edge router/trimmer base to use with a 35 mm shop vac. Due to I was not able to find a design with either the right diameter for my 35 mm shop vac or the possibility to see what the router bit is doing, I came up with this design. The window can be used as is or closed with a piece of acrylic glass if too much air is sucked in. This dust extraction is to clip on and has a very snug fit to the router base. This is a remix from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4317891 and was also inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3263771. I can also highly recommend the M6 quick release lever with a self locking nut for the clamping between router and base. This works great and makes the hight adjustment much faster and more precise. Please use at your own risk of course.
