Makita 2040 dust collector attachment

This replaces the top guard of the Makita 2040 planer with a four-inch dust collection attachment. It also allows for versions with the dust hose coming in from the side, which keeps the guard and top rollers in place, a better design for some users. My DC hose drops from the ceiling, so this was a more suitable option for me. Print two of these parts and stick them together (RTV silicone worked well for my setup). The piece is designed to be printed with the parting line facing downwards, without requiring supports. The tabs were meant to integrate with the mounts where the guard goes, but it didn't work out as planned. I cut a few small wedges from wood and inserted them into the gaps on either side of the attachment, which keeps it securely in place just fine.
